Medina Hilton DoubleTree
Inspired by the local textures of flora and geology, the design is developed with mimicry and delicacy through natural finishes such as walnut wood, limestone flooring and black marble. The calm and serenity of these materials contrasts with an oxidized chromatism that is applied to fabrics and accessories.

The lobby welcomes guests into a bright soothing space, bringing the serenity of the desert. The focal point of the space is the sculptural staircase appearing like a monolithic block and a featured lighting in Arabic calligraphy. The pastel colors contribute to the serenity of the space.

La Demeure du Parc Boutique Hotel

The brief was to upgrade an existing hotel into a boutique hotel; the objective was to provide a contemporary and distinguished style to the hotel while retaining its historic charm. A complete restoration of the historical building with some parts dating from the 17th century was carried on, maximizing original features like the wooden beams.

The design focused on completing the space with natural wood, soft color palette to achieve a warm ambience and contemporary furniture.

The restaurant highlights the restored, wooden elements, and lighting plays a key role in providing a luxurious setting for gourmet orientated guests and diners.

Dubawi Tower Radisson Red

Dubawi Tower is an 84-storey mixed-use residential, and hotel located on Sheikh Zayed Road. The aim is to meet the ever-growing demand on residential and tourism sectors, especially for midscale and upscale hotels and places where people can interact in a flexible environment.

Intercon worked on a concept with the new brand of Radisson, Radisson RED. The operator’s guidelines for the brand are based around eclectic-ness and boldness, as it wants to portray this new philosophy in the hospitality world.

Modern, unique, and fun ambiances are the identity traits of a hotel that wants to attract a young and savvy clientele who views hotels not just as a place to rest but to work, interact, and enjoy themselves in the different areas. For this reason, the public areas were heavily decorated to resemble art galleries.

Hotel Kempinski Congo
Closely located to the city center and with views to the Congo river and the nearby tropical landscape, the interior design of the five star hotel connects with its surroundings in a contemporary, yet locally rooted style, to maximize its privileged location.

Following the brand’s visual identity of fusing European luxury with Congolese hospitality, the concept developed for the Brazzaville branch navigates between a casual and a first-class style, with a narrative strongly based in the African-inspired motifs which resemble works of art and are present throughout the interior of the building.
